I’ve had versions of this design in my head for a while. I decided for Artomatic 2009 that it was now or never. The timing was right, comparisons of Obama to Lincoln, Lincoln’s 200th birthday, and Transformers “are so hot right now”. So I sat down while watching the Indy 500 and painted this.
